This is Lief’s Maple Tartan OP in the beige color way. Here’s the size chart from Lief’s FB and since I’ve tried it on, I can confirm its accuracy:

I bought it directly from Lief and I’ve only tried it on. It’ll ship in its original packaging.
It has two pockets that can fit a cellphone. Because plaid is magical, some of the stripes that look white in the photos are pink IRL and the parts that look brown are green IRL. The beige parts really are beige and some of the stripes that look white actually are white.
