In good condition has been used by my mom and I just got her a new one for Mother’s Day. Has many pockets inside. There’s a scratch on the side from walking up against a shell wall that was rough. Since it is only on one side you can cover it facing your body so people don’t see. The handles are in good condition except for where the straps attach to the bag seen in the photos.
