1920's Grove Studio Performo Mickey "Nicki" Mouse Toy
World's Greatest Patriotic Animal Acrobats The greatest little show on earth
On April 18th of this year Performo Toy Studio sold off some of Rene Daniel Grove's original toys to included the little wooden Nicki Mouse toys that were the precurser to Mickey Mouse by some two years in 1926. The toy was pulled from the original case in the attic of the Roslyn, Pennsylvania studio. You will get your piece in new old stock condition directly from the studio estate sale.
Poster that accompanies Nicki is 14 1/4" x 9 1/2". Poster shows different positions of the acrobatic tricks that can be performed by the vintange little Mickey Mouse precurser. The Acrobat is made of wood & wire. Also included is the nose stand for the Patriotic Animal Acrobats to perform tricks. Also comes with a "squeker
