This dress was purchased from Debenhams in the 1990’s and is still in absolutely incredible condition. It’s fully lined, and has several layers of ruffles which run along the bottom hem and up the side split. The split goes up to the upper thigh, but isn’t impractical. The body of the dress fits tight to the body, and then the skirt flows all the way to the floor (I’m 5”5) Please note, this dress has no label. It would fit a small size 8 or a size 6 best; there is no stretch at all in the fabric.
